Dakota rites for Nels SundeFuneral services were held at Kintyre, N. Dak., Friday, for Nels Sunde, 102, the father of Norman Sunde of this area.Mr. Sunde died at Mt. Olivet Senior Home in Minneapolis, Minn., the previous Tuesday.Born Aug. 13, 1875 in Hayfield, Minn., he was married to Martha Nelson at Bethany Lutheran Church, rural Frost, Minn., on Jan. 24, 1906. Seven children were born to this union. Mrs. Sundlt;4 preceded him in death in March, 1957.Mr. Sunde was very alert andPTO HOLDS MEETING MONDAY, OCT. 24Members of the Rake Parent-enjoyed visiting with his family and friends until the time of his death.Survivors include: three daughters, Mrs. Beneta Kintyre of Napoleon,' N. Dak., Mrs. John (Clara) Roth of Kintyre, N. Dak., and Freda Sunde of Minneapolis, Minn; two sons, Norman of Frost and Alfred of Napoleon, N. Dak.; a 90 year old sister, Anna Skilbred of Glenwood; and a 92 year old brother, Ed Sunde of Kenyon,A sister; Inga, died last June at the age of 95.Norman Sunde and his son and daughter,- Brad and Mary Sunde of Fergus Falls, Minn, attended the services. Brad Sunde served as a pallbearer for his grandfather.f —' ‘ 1
