A Danes* man, Phillip Brandstetter, was booked in the Ra 1 eigh County Jail at 1:55 a m. Saturday by State Police on a drunken driving charge.State Police also lodged Larry Edward McDonald of 120 North Vance Dr. in the county jail on a charge of reckless driving at 12:15 a.m. Saturday.William E. Fritz of Beaver appeared before Town District Magistrate Joe Rodriguez Saturday morning after he was arrested by State Police at 1:02 .m. for drunken driving.Fritz was released after posting a $50 cash bond. A trial for Fritz was set for Monday.City Police jailed Mitchell A. Lilly, 19, address unlisted, at 11:15 p.m. Friday for failure to have a state operator's license, driving while intoxicated. and being absent without official leave from the militaryaarvice.Oflie Burnett, 35. of Spragueposted a $140.50 bond to the city for his release after he was charged with drunken driving and failure to have a state operator's license at 10:30 p.m. Friday by Beckley Police.State Police jailed a Mt Hope man, Carl Lee Burton, at 9:30 p.m. Friday for driving while' Intoxicated.George Coleman, 22 of 101 Seventh St. and James M Kirkpatrick, 23, of 126 Ninth St., were jailed at approximately 5:30 p.m. Friday by City Police on an assautl warrant.According to Town District Magistrate Lorena Wallace, the pair allegedly assaulted FredNeal of Beckley.Both were released after p posting $500 property bonds.
