David Tillman McClain, youngest son of the late Jesse and Hannah McClain was born March 3. 1859, and died October IS, 1911, aged 52 years, 7 months and 15 days.Having spent 27 years of his life in the West, sickness, overtook him, he lay sick in a hospital in Minnesota, a kind friend' wrote his brother of his illness before the letter reached him a telegram came announcing his death.
