Friday evening a number of young * folks planned a surprise on Miss Pearl » Morse at the home of Mr. S. Diodiker 1 in Washington township. The sur- 1 prise was a complete success but the 1 fair hostess was equal to the occasion I and the party made more than wel-1( come. After a pleasant social evening J j refreshments were served, and the I1 young folks, with a hearty invitation I to call again, left with the satlsf action J of having enjoyed a delightful even-1 Ing. Misses Mamie Eckerman, Laura j Morse, LulU Brown, Lofclse Sauer-j brunn, Ida Walker and 8. Farlow, and I I Messrs: Bay Garner, Claude Hansen, I If.
