Custis, guardian of John Holly and others, minors, against his Wards, et.al, the under signed will sell. on the Qeth day of October, A. D., 1565. At 2 d’elock, P. M., Upon ‘the premises, the fol lowing described real estate, free from dower, situate in the county of Clinton, and State of Ohio, and in N. Anderson's survey, No 73, bounded as follows: Beginning at a stone at the North West* corner of the original survey, and South corner of Bland’s survey, No 585; thence with Bland’s line, North 49% decrees, Enat 160 poles to a stone in said line; thence South 434, deg., E. 119 30-100 poles to the center of the Cincinnati Zanceville, Railroad; — thence with said Railroad, South, 7045 ,degrees, West 173 poles to a road, crossing said Railroad; thence with said road North, 43%, degrees, west, 59 poles to the beginning, containing 89 acres and 76 square poles of land.
