A 17-year-old juvenile charged with murder in connection with the shoot ing death of Ken Maitland at Sturgeon Creek Regional Secondary School last week made his second appear ance Wednesday in juvenile court and was again re manded. Crown attorney Rob Fin. Jayson said the matter is still before the juvenile court although the Crown has indicated it will seek to have the matter raised to adult court. He said that decision will be made within the next few weeks.
