Men charged with kidnaping robbery In GFGREAT FALLS (AP) -Justice of the Peace James D. Ferda on Monday ordered two men jailed in lieu of bond pending their arraignment on charges that they tried to rob a home Sunday night.Another man was under guard at a Great Falls hospital. He was shot in the leg after police surrounded a home in the fashionable country club area of the city.Ferda set bond of 175,000 apiece for Jack Lande, 49, Missoula; George E. Cain, 32, Pryor; and Eugene R. Wellborn, 27, Billings. Bond of 150,000 was ordered on the robbery charge and 125,000 for kidnaping for each man.No date was set for an appearance in district court.Police said three men broke into the home of businessman Zollie Kelman after one told Kelman he had a special-delivery letter.The masked men ordered Kelman and three members of his family to lie on the floor, but police were alerted by another relative who became aware of the incident while in another room.
