U-Go-I-I-Go Ciub Meets4Mrs. Leo Ritchey was hostess to the U-Go-I-Go Club October 21 for an all day meeting. At the noon hour dinner was enjoyed, Mrs. Bessie Couch, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Hatfield and Leo Ritchey were dinner guests.At 1:30 meeting was called to order by the president, ,Mrs. Edward Brown, and was opened bysinging “ A Song of Peace”, RollIcall, “The Magazine or Paper Our Family Enjoys was answered by 13 members and two visitors,, Mrs. Kenneth Bailey and Mrs. Pete Warren.The news letter from Miss De-Loia Jones was read by Mrs. Brown. The Club is sending $1.00 to H. and C. Committee, Mrs. Carl Twitehell checked the Standard of Achievement and the secretary’s book was filled out.Mrs. C. A. Sheen was program hader. The following program wasiIigiven: “How Life Started for Hel-Iten Keller”, Mrs. Carl Twitehell; The Door Opened”, Mrs. Roas Glenn; “How Helen Keller Sees Color”, Mrs. Will Hargadine; “I am American”, Miss Winfred Cornett; “Flaunagan and Flannagen”, Mrs. Lena Reed; “How To Tell Bad News”, Mrs. Leo Ritchey; Epitaph”, Mrs. E. T. Terwilliger; ”The Morning Light Is Breaking”, Mrs. Roas Gienn. Thank you card was read from Mrs. Raymond Brown for he tea towels sent her.The meeting closed by singing “Happiness”. Two songs by Carolyn Keune and Richard Baker.Th(- group decided before adjourning they would come back that night for a weiner roast. Mr.and Mrs. Hubert Wilson and Nancy Sue, Mr. and Mrs. Kermit Cur-1 ry, June, and Shirley were guests.The club will meet Nov. 18 with Mrs. Rosa Glenn for an all day meeting. . . f t %
