Mebus, Sarah Woody, and TO THE POLLOWING PERSONS W 103b RESIDENCES ARE UN KNOWN, OR WHO ARE THEM SELVES WHOLLY UNKNOWN TO WIT: David Terrelle, heirs or assigns; Da vid Mountfort, heirs or assigns; John McCrary, heirs or assigns; William Orr Livington, heirs or assigns; Joseph McGee, heirs or assigns; William K. Brooksher, heirs or assigns; Carlton Marshall, heirs or assigns; or to the heirs or assigns of all of the above named and described persons; any TO ALL AND EVERY OTHER PERSON UNKNOWN OR NON-RESI DENT who claims any right, title or interest in said described lands, or the funds which may be paid into court as a result of this proceeding, whether under or in right of any of the above named or otherwise. YOU AND EACH OF YOU are re quired and admonished to take notice that the United States has filed a peti tion in the District Court of the Unit ed States for the Northern District of Georgia, Northern Division, to con demn 1522-91 acres of land inland lot No. 816, Dist. 6, See. 1, and in lots Nos. 144, 259, 282, 208, 318, 820 and $21, Dist, 10, See. 1, and in lots Nos. 51, 99, 100, 119, 120, 169, 805, 310, 311, 812, 887, 838, 345, 850, 351, 859, 860 and 651, Dist. 11, Sec. 1, all in Union County, and in Lot No. 315, Dist. 6, Sec. 1, and in Lots Nos. 170,318 and 886, Dist. 11, Sec. 1, said lots lying partly in Union and partly in Lumpkin Counties; and all of said lands lying in the State of Georgia, and known as the lands of EB. M. Burnett, Thomas A. Cox, H. G. Cole Estate, EL. Garrett, M. W. Gad dis, Matison Gooch, George Hope Ki. A. Robertson, Pat Haralson, G. J Watkins, C. W. T. Jarrell Daisy Burg Coney, J. W. Lunsford, H. 8B. Roach, James A. Steele C. C. Clow er, Y. J. Thomason, Sarah Woody and Almedia H. Camp estate. This matter will be heard in the United States Court room at Atlanta, Georgia, on the 29th day of October, 1917. If you, or either of you, have any rights in the premises or desire to be heard in the matter, you are re quired then and there to make known ‘your objections, if any, your claims as to the value of the property, or of your respective interests therein, or the funds arising therefrom, or any other matters material to your re spective rights in the property sought ‘to be condemned ; otherwise the Court will proceed as to law and justice may appertain.
