Burkhart Is TakenTo the PenitentiaryFrom Cameron JailCameron. Oct. 24.—W. D. Burkhart,, cf Thcrndale, was taken to the peni- j tentiary at Huntsville on Tuesday by Sheriff L. L. Blaylock cf Cameron to serve a 45 year sentence for the murder cf Henry James in September. 1933, at Thorndale.Burkhart was brought to the Cameron jail about five months ago because the Georgetown jail in Williamson county was being repaired.
