It will be here fair week.The Welsh ponies will be driven around the race track, four-in-hand, daily at the fair. They are beauties.We will have convenient schedules during fair week, and low rates. The race is free to anybody, ami a purse is given to the winner.BELMONT SISTERS.These ladies will have charge of the daily balloon ascensions at the big Weldon fair, and they come well recommended by the largest fairs in the country. They will ascend 6,000 feet and come down in parachutes.A RECORD-BREAKER I* THE FA1K OF 1900The Floral Hall this year will surpass any previous exhibitions in the immense display of domestic and heavy manufactures, fruits, flowers, vegetables and all the nice things that emanate from the farm, the farmer and the farmer's wife, the domestic hearthstone, the manufacturer, the inventor and the merchant. And this fair will be noted and go upon record for the beauty and magnitude of its hall display and its wealth of exhibits fascinating in their attractiveness.‘•UN THE MIDWAY.Kver since the World's Fair at Chicago the Midway has been held in veneration by the people, and each year adds new interest to the ever increasing features of that strange congress of amusements. Heretofore the Midway has had secondary attention from the fair officials, but recognizingthe demand for popular amusements, enlarged space will be given to the Midway, and attractions booked that will serve to entertain the multitude. While nothing offensive will be permitted. there will be no lack of features of the rarest nature, and from beginning to end it will be one continuous round of pleasure.GREAT ROMAN IIIPl*otKOME AND WILDW KST.The Great Roman Hippodrome and Wild West will be at the Weldon fair. This is the leading attraction at the big fair, and it will be absolutely free to every man, woman and child. There arc 14 horses and 18 men in this combination anti they give exhibitions of chariot races, hurdle races, racing with a riderless horse, races with hounds, standing and barebackraces, lassoing, the way they hang a horse thief, fancy bicycle riding, steeple chases, and numerous other acts. This is a great and wonderful attraction, ami everybody should see it. No other fair in the State has ever had such a combination, and this year's Weldon fair will be ahead of them all. Come and see.THE GREATEST FAIR EVER HELD.The Leader will greet you but one mo.e time before the great Weldon fair. The management have been working on this fair for twelve months, and everything has been done that could be to make it the greatest ever held here. They have labored hard to have the best exhibits, the line?-*. and the bestand largest free amusements ever seen in the State. This fair would do credit to any city, and all we ask of you is to come and see what pluck, energy, money ami brains can do. Vou will be agreeably surprised to see how far we are ahead of the limes.
