Wills sold to Mrs. Mary Ueleu Kellogg the Linden plantation, situated on Hay oil Teclie, for aud in consideration of $54,1135 of her private aud paraphernal funds j $3000 cash, balance in promissory notes accepted for cash. 8he subsequently sold to 0.
