Bad blood and law suits are synonymous —one the out-growth of the other. On Wednesday, Doyle, the truckman, sued Henry Le Pla, the tailor, for money claimed to^e due for moving Le Pla’s household goods some time ago. This action, was taken before ’Squire Shanna-hon and a judgment rendered in favor of Doyle, Yesterday, Le Pla sued Doyle -for unlawful charges as truckman. After the casehad been heard before Millspaugh, P the latter was overawed with the idea of b a change of venue, which he took to Web- ^er,at saloon headquarters. That owl-wise Justice smasher now has the matter under consideration.
