.PROGRESSING — Brick laying is in progress on the new officr building going up overlooking the Harbor Bridge interchange. The six-storv building, with five office floors and a tirst-floor parking space, will provide space for 200 rooms, using 72,000 square feet. About Ihree and one-half floors of the building already have been rented. Owner Harold Kaffie yesterday said the Atlantic Oil Co., Socony Mobil Oil Co. and Boyd Campbell Co., will be among the tenants. No occupation date has been set. but architect Morris Levy said the building should be completed in December.
