Morgan, et al, Defendants, NOTICE or SAMS OP RIAL.ESTATE MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE Notice is hereby given that In pursuance of an order of sale issued out of the District Court of Sequoyah County, State of Oklahoma, on the 19th day of September, 1930, in an action, therein pending wherein Jessie Wilson is plaintiff and Marshall M. Morgan, et al, are defendants, directed to me the undersigned sheriff of said County and State, commanding me to levy upon and sell without appraisement, the following described real, estate and premises situated in the County of Sequoyah and State of Oklahoma, to-wit: The southeast quarter of the southwest quarter and the east half of the southwest quarter of the south west quarter of section fifteen (15) township eleven. (11) north, range twenty-five (25) east of I. M.to satisfy a Judgment and decree of foreclosure in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendants, Marshall M. Morgan and Sadie Morgan for the sum of Thirteen hundred twenty-seven and 79.100 ($1327.79) dollars, with Interest mi said sum until paid at the rate of. ten per cent per annum from and after the l’Rh day of March, 1930, and for the further sum of One Hundred ($100.00) dollars attorney’s fees, and the costs of said action, and accruing costs, I will, on the 28th day Of October, 1930, at the hour of 2:00 p. m. of said day at the front dopr of the Court house in the City of SalH« saw in said County and State, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the aforesaid real estate and premises, or so much thereof as will satisfy said judgment, with interest, costs and attorney’s fees.Dated this 19th day of September 1930,GEO.
