DISTRICT COURT.In tho case of Barr vs.. The Blue-stone Valley Diteli company, the court rendered judgment against the defendant company this morning, ordering that it should so remedy its ditch that damage would not be caused by overflow or seepage.This afternoon the appeal of JoeHarris, convicted of manslaughter, lor a new trial came up for hearing.A number of affidavits were introduced on both sides affecting Juror Simonson. Argument was also heard from both sides.
