D., Oct. 22.—The whole country north of the Great Northern railway is one vast sheet of flame as' far as the international boundary line! and north, covering hundreds of miies. and doing untold damage to farmers and grazing land. The majority of the farmers are taken unawares, causing great loss to property, such as grain, , buildings and the winter s feed forstock it is impossible at this time to estimate the loss.
