Sheriff Johnson arrested Culberson, one of the parties, ou Tuesday, and lie is now in the county jail. As the charge is to be legally investigated, we abstain from any statement as to the guilt or innocence of the accused*P. S.—Osa Culberson was brought before Judge Morrell,Thursday,and discharged for want of proof.
