The Portage County-Kent State basketball coaching clinic, schedul ed for Saturday in Memorial Gym nasium, will feature Kent’s Bob Doll and Art Welch plus Ohio Univers ity’s head cage coach, Jim Snyder. Also on the agenda are three out standingly successful out-of-state prep coaches who have a combined high school record of 894-166. Ed McCluskey of Farrel High in Pennsylvania, Lofton Greene of De troit’s River Rouge High and Walt Shublom of Wyandotte High in Kan sas City will cover topics ranging from general coaching techniques to defensive patterns and rebounding. Snyder will discuss offensive pat terns on drills, while Doll and Welch plan to present organized team and individual fundamental drills using the Golden Flash varsity as models.
