—Miss Salena Raney, who for the past four years has served as secretary to the Rev. F. E. Whiteside in the Cincinnati Area office, has been appointed secretary to the president *of Ewha Haktang College, Seoul, Korea, and will sail for that country sometime this fall. M iss Raney is well qualified for her work, having studied at Ohio Wesleyan University. and being a graduate of the Cincinnati Missionary Training School, where she took a full course in Bible study. She is an— wexpert stenotypist, and has been an invaluable assistant in the area office. She goes to Korea under the auspices of the Cincinnati Branch of The Woman’s Foreign Missionary Society, and is in Springfield, Mass., this week, attending the meetings of the general executive board of that body in session there.%
