the was ;k to ana.t the ono-5ros.ed a last was mlart theono-William Leonard, an employee of the Central Oil Company, died at his home near Berne last Friday as the result of injuries sustained two weeks ago. While at work near an oil derrick in the field east of Berne a piece of iron fell from the top of the frame striking him on the head and causing concussion of the brain. Everything possible was done for the injured man but to no avail. The deceased was forty years old and leaves five children to mourn their loss. The funeral services were held Monday from the Christian church at Mills corner, Kev, Pattan officiating.
