A coven is a witchcraft circle. Todd told the group that the forces of the Satanic church including Anton LeVey, the self-styled black pope of Satanism, will sign a pact on Halloween with other members of the ten and members of the World Council of Churches. He said the purpose of the Signing will the n establish a new world church. “They will be trying to control government officials,” he said. “Government officials are 9 govens that I know and some are running for election. If they win, you will witness hatewaust, * ‘Todd said that San Antonio had been cho sen as the center of operations because of a prophesy made in the occult circles 20 years ago concerning a supernatural opening in the earth, which Todd claims is near Edge Palk. Todd explained that the occult must be near water and that they consider a superna tural opening a “direct crack into the pits of hell ! ‘Todd left the occult circles after he be came disenchanted and “felt I had been de ceived. He sought the help of Rev. Jack ‘Taylor, pastor of the church, and subsequent ly went into hiding. ‘To combat, the intrusion of Satanic forces, Castle Hills has been working for the past several weeks to plan blanketting San Antonio with Christian literature and other forms of evangelism. The Saturday night meeting was a final briefing for a bitz of the city on the Hallo ween weekend. At least 1,000 young people reprecating most of the major Christian denominations will be going door to door throughout the city handing out “tracts” that ask the question: “Are you being tricked by Satan or are you being treated by the Son. They will also be handing out signs with “JESUS and “JESUS IS COMING.” Among the other groups involved in the movement are the Campus Crusade for Christ at Trinity and the Baptist Student Center at San Antonio College, according to Rev.
