His Excellency the Governor has been plowed to appoint the Rev. Thomas Appleby (Chairman), Rev. Joshua Duval, and Thomas Read, J. P., Esquire, and Messrs. Philip Clemente, and Alexander Waddel, to bo a Protestant Board of Education, for the Educational District of LaPoile,The Rev, John Cunningham, (Chairman) the Rev; Edward Dawe, J. P., Esq., and Messrs, George Piccott.and William Scott, to be a Protestant Board of Education fbr the Educational Distict of Burgoe ; and the Revd. William K. White, (CAom?^m) Tho-mas E. Gadeu, .J. P., Esq., and Messrs. Andrew Ellis, John Chapman, Clement Mallett, William Gallop, and the Rev. John Marshall, to be a Protestant Board of Education for the Fducational District of Fortune Bay,IIis Excellency has also been pleased to appoint Mr. William Butler, to be a Commissioner of the Commercial School at Burin, in the room of Owen Pine, resigned.S
