Middletown Four area member churches of United Church of Christ are sponsoring a union evening at 7:30 tonight at the hostess church, North Congregational, Linden Avenue. Others participating are First Congregational, the Congregational Church of Howells, and the Blooming Grove Church. Guest speaker will be the Rev. Winfield Swart a missionary educator in India. Monroe The Rev. Henry C. Schroeder, pastor of St. Paul Lutheran Church will begin a series of spiritual discussion sessions at 9:15 Sunday night at the church on Still Road. A second discussion group will meet at 8 p.m. Thursday night. The men’s action Club of the Monroe Temple of Liberal Judaism will hold its second breakfast meeting with guest speaker Irving A. Green.
