Typhoon Trix Roaring Towards Southern Luzon.MANILA, Oct. 21 (UP)—Atyphoon Avit.li 126-milc-an-hour center winds roared toward southern Luzon and northern Visavan island todav and the weather bureau warned the populace in those areas to take all precautions against very strong winds and heavy rains.The weather bureau said typhoon Trix at 2 a.m. today was 140 miles east-southeast of Legaspi, southeastern Luzon, and moving west-northwest-by-west at nine miles an hour.It had 55-mile-an-hour winds within SO miles of its center and 30-mile winds or more!fwithin 175 miles of the center..
