Cars will meet at the Washington Heights chapel at 1:15 p.m. Miss Azuma Moriya who has been decorated by the emporer for his her work in connection with the Chiisai Hoslii Kai, a group of women interested in the welfare of prisoners and parolees, will be the speaker at the autumn meeting Monday, in the Tokyo Chapel Cen~ ter.
