Burial was in the La Cemetery.Four sons, Elmer Hays and mond Hays of Fincastle, Thet Hays of Salt Lake City and H Hays of this city survive. A Mrs. Scott Wertz of Viva lift tt brother, James Stark of Ladoga survive.
