A a a shock came the news of the death of Mrs. Henry Winterhof sr. at iat I Sioux City Friday afternoon when she to | was run over by an auto truck on her way home. Maria Magdelena Lange was born March 4, 1865, in Baven, Prov. Hanover, Germany where she is I was educated and confirmed. Novem-ne 121, 1890 she was united in marriage to nt I Henry Winterhof. In the year 1909 they came to America where she spent I the remainder of her life. She leaves to mourn her death, her husband, five children, an aged mother and a large circle of relatives and friends. Funeral services were' conducted Tuesday afternoon by Kev. H. Wehking and interment made in the Hanover cemetery. Those attending the funeral from a distance were Peter Gruenhagen of bavenport, Chris Lange of Rock Island Illinois, Claus Hoist of Princeton, Iofva, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. ScheeJhase of Walcott and Mr. and^Mrs. Geo. Lange of Ord, Nebraska.
