Laird, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Marsh Furr of this place died at her home in Hillsboro at 5 o’clock Saturday morning after an illness of several weeks with typhoid fever. A short time ago she suffered a backset and gradually grew worse from that time on. She leaves a son and daughter Ray and Naomi. It is not known exactly where she contracted the desease, but for a time it was thought that it was from the school well from whichthe Laird’s carry water. However Dr. J. X.
