Begley Will Be Returned To Kentuckyon Murder Charge.Frankfort, Ky—Vlob Bee ley, who IItn In Monterey, Tel-, but was formerly a resident nf Leslie county, will be brought bark to this atate to answer the charge of killing John Sizernoro. Alien I.antz, sheriff of Leslie county, left her with the requisition issued on the governor of California for the return of Begley, whose whereabouts were discovered through letters written to friends In this state. Through an unintentional mistake In a dispatch sent from this city It was stated that the requisition had been issued for the return of Lantc, and charged him with the killing. The mistake was caused by the misuse of the name, as It was Intended to state the fact that Sheriff l.autz had gone to California to bring Begley back to Kentucky.
