Lincoln Carter's Drama Of Disaster To Be Seen At Blaney’s. “While Frisco Burns,” a melodrama, by Lincoln J. Carter, with scenes laid in San Francisco during the great conflagration, will come to Blaney's Theatre this week. The play opens in the famous Cliff House, with the Golden Gate glimmering through the windows at the close of day. The “big act” will show the destruction of the city and the robbing of the dead by ghouls. The scenery was painted in Mr. Carter's theatre, the Criterion, In Chicago.
