A Case indefinitely Postponed. ‘Was Hincron Ciry, Oct. 9.—The case of William Dexter against the Chicago, Bur lington Quincy Railroad company, being a complaint that the railroads company ‘car ried certain persons ‘free,hile charging others fare, was called up in commission Thursday. Neither party, how ever, put in an appearance, use, it is an e of a failure to procure depositions, ah¢ the case was indefinitely postponed.
