Counterfeitere..oit::ie stated ‘in the Milledgeville Reflector, that a company of counterfeiters have lately been de tected in Franklin County, Alabama territory, and two of the men commit ted to prison. They had counterfeited upwards of $60,000, on the: state bank of North Carolina,the. bank.of New- York, and the Potomec bank.—These notes are said to be well executed, and requires a minute examination to de tect the. imposition. The. celebrated Allen Twitty, it is said, was'concerned in this manufactory. .
