Polly LeePolly Lee, a resident of Harvey, died Monday, Oct. 14, at Ingalls Memorial Hospital, Harvey.A service will be 11:30 a.m. Monday at Robert McCullough Funeral Home, Ford Heights, with the Rev. Vergil Jones officiating.Interment will be in Washington Memory Gardens, Homewood.Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. today and from 11 a.m. until time of service Monday at the funeral home.Polly Lee was born July 8, 1961, in Chicago Heights.She is survived by three daughters, Nicole and Otisha, both of Ford Heights and Brittany of Harvey; three sons, Maurice, Mario and Malculm, all of Harvey; five sisters, Clotie Lee of Chicago Heights, Juanita Lee of Sauk Village, Helen Jenkins of Park Forest, Patsy Franklin and Louise Lee, both of Ford Heights; and two brothers, O.C. I^ee Jr. of Battleereek, Mich., and Anthony Lee of Hartsfield, Pa.
