This the government did, but on account of lack of funds the county was unable to do the work it had anticipated, butmad on the park side now. He believes that if the rouoty could later assist, that the government could build a road to Bowman lake. Also with the completion of the Inter-Mount^In road he woyld like to see the Bad Rock canyon road refaired, as he does not believe it is now safe for heavy traffic. He also said that in his opinion, with the completion of the Inter-Mountain road, the traffic to Glacier park will be the equal of that to Yellowstone park.\V. H.
