An Ordinance Relating to Fire Limits. Be it ordained by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Globe: SECTION I. It shall be unlawfulor any person to maintain within the said fire limits any tent or canvas covered building, or other structure with canvas or cloth roof or lining, or any stove pipes run ning through any side or roof, opening in any building; nor shall any person build or erect any building or addition to any building within said fire limits, of any material other than brick, stone, cement, or other non-combustible ma terial. Provided, however, that the City Council may, in its discretion, grant permits for buildings of material other than as above described, within that part of the said fire limits described as follows: All of the fire limits east of the first alley east of and parallel with Broad Street, and all west of the first alley west of Broad Street, also in Blocks 82, 90 and the east half of Block 73. SECTION II. Ordinance Number Twenty-five is t hereby repealed.
