ADMINISTRATOR'S SALS.GEOUOIA, Clarke County:By virtue ot an order of the court of Ordinary of said county granted at the October term of t.ald court, tho undersigned as administrator of Mrs. Catherine Buchanan, Iato of said county, deceased will sell before the courthouse door in the city of Athens, said county, on tho first Tuesday in November next, within tho legal hours of salo to tho highest bidder for cash, the following described tract of land, to-wlt: Tho Buchanan place lying andbeing in said county adjoining on the north the right of way of Ga. It. It. on the east * the James Hancock placet formerly), on tho wop the lands of G. P. Brightwell, Frai. Cooper and others, and on tho south the Ed Johnson place, containing hy survey .V. and 4-10 acres, the same to he sold in two (2) parcels. No. 1, the house place, containing 17 and G-10 acres.
