GEORGIA, Morgan County.—By virtue of an order granted by the Court of Ordinary of said county, I will sell at public outcry before the court house door of said county on the first Tuesday in November, 1899, between the legal hours of sale, the following property of the estate of M. B. Snellings, to-wit: All that tract of land iying in the 281st district G. M. of Morgan county, Ga., adjoining land of I)r. B. E. Anderson ana Mrs. W. J. Peek on the north, lands of Mrs. J. E. Nolan and J. A. Nolan on the east, lands of J. A. Nolan on the south,and lands of Dr. L. G. Anderson on the west, containing three hundred and seventy-ihi'bc ^3) acres, more or less, and known as the M. B. Snellings residence place. Said land is located four and a half miles from Apalachee, on the Central railroad, one mile from Bostwick Institute, and two and a half miles from four churches. All of said property to be sold as the property of the estate of Madison B. Snellings, deceased, for the purpose of paying debts and making distribution among the heirs of said decased.
