Dean Sini—In view of the misa p rehension which we find exist l argely in the community, in regard to our relation to the striking weav ers, we desire to make public the following statement: Before making arrangements to have our work woven elsewhere (which is being done now), at the same prices Which we offered to our weavers. We made the following of fer to them, which they refused to accept Brwror, Oct. Mb. 184. The terms upon which we will pay the striking weavers the money they have forfeited, are as follows: The strike and boyvcott of our mill be declared off and fully so adver tised in Bristol and Philadelphia papers, in order to counteract the effect of the advertisement warnin weavers to keep away from our mill (We will pay the costs of the adver tisement, #0 as not to impose the ex pense upon the strikers). All suite must be abandoned. The strikers and all making claim for unpaid wages to pledge them selves not to molest, relat molest ation of, or in any way interfere with our business, with the people work ing in our mill, or those seeking work there.
