It seems to be the universal opinion that the county assembly showed good judgment in retaining. Robert McCord Jr., as President and choosing Mr. Horace Shepard us Secretary. Mr. Shepard is well known in this city as well as throughout the county. Much of the interest in any order can be kept alive by active andnntelilgent chief officers.
