The Galesburg Human Rela tions Commission (HRC) held an unannounced _— meeting Wednesday night with a state HRC representative. The meeting was held at the home of Mrs. Carolyn Gotter man, HRC chairman. She said Mrs. Louise Wilder, executive director, and all commissioners attended the ‘‘unofficial’” meet ing. According to Mrs. Golterman, the HRC executive director, said it was not necessary to notify the media of the unoffi cial meeting. “We have no desire to meet secretly,’ Mrs. Golterman said. She noted they met with Free man Barnes, a state HRC repre sentative, to acquire imput from commissioners for their training session to be conducted by the state HRC by the end of October or early November. Mrs. Golterman said because of working schedules of com missioners, it was impossible for Barnes to meet with them needy as previously plan ned.
