A pre-Hallowe'en party was held at the home of Gerry Sword, Clear Spring Route 2, on Saturday evening, October 1s. The event took place in a Hallowe'en setting of fodder shoets, lanterns, and skeletons on the lawn of the Sword home. After many payees wore playa and a hot dog roast, a trash, honor ful activity, a hay rio, was enjoyed by the guests. After the ride the group to urned to one home of the host for hot chocolate, Ringer bread, popcorn and cider. Present for the affair were: Verda, Wayne and Catherine Sword, Sharon Eichelberger, Barbara Steel, Cleala and Tack Higgins, Jyne and Ralph Suffeccol, Clear Spring. Roy, Pat. Debra and Terry Car baugh, Williamsport; “Harold and Joyce McCusker, Flint stone; Paul and Mary Potts, Ville Orleans, Paul Breakall, Hancock, Jay Benfield, Big Pool; Billy and Eddie Ernst, Toe Angle, Dry Run, Tat Jeannie Nally, Downsville, and Billy, Jae and Betty Wilson, Beaver Creek.
