Rowe, formerly of Marion, who have been j ! residing in Portsmouth, Virginia j while Mr. Rowe is employed in ship-! building there. The telegram read as follows:“The War Department regrets to inform you that your son, Staff jSgt. S. C. Rowe, was seriously wounded in action in Holland on September 20.”WOUNDED — Staff Sgt. S.
