DEATH DUE TO MINE INJUR FESI r ink Patton, Ila\deiiville, laavex Widow and Four Daughters--Funeral Sund t \*■— ■ — •• - •Death due to injuries receivedin a mine accident, came to FrankPattern, 55, f Haydenvilie, at theOherrington hospital shortly after3 o’coick Wednesday afternoon,*Mr. Patton had been caught by a fall of slate about 8:30 Monday morning while working for the National Fire Pro fing (*o of Haydenvilie, X-rav pictures showed that he had been crushed thru the hips and had suffered a fra-t tired pelvic bone.Surviving are the widow, Mrs, Kate Patton; four daughters, six brothers, John and Ora of Nel- »n-villc and James, Harrison, Samuel and Joe of Haydenvilie and one sister. Mrs. Linda Keplar of Nel-Konville.Funeral services will he led f at the M F. church m Haydenvilie at 2 p. m Sunday and burial will be made in the H ivdenville cemeterv bv Heinlein Br*s.
