Kinsey, candidate on our last state ticket for treasurer, and one of our most active and liberal workers, has removed from Lafayette to Chicago, where he will continue in his business as music publisher. His place as chairman of Tippecanoe county has been tilled by the appointment of Geo. Blackstock, Lafayette, whom we hear is an A Ko. 1 man for the position.
