Samuel Hoogly, si farmer, started out with a shotgun to shoot crows, A short time after lie had gone a report of a gun was hoard by members of the family who thought the report sour.derl as though the gun had been overloaded, so they started out for the purpose of finding Mr, Hoosly to warn him against loading the gun heavy. After going a short distance they twro horrified to find the fiend body of Mr. IIooslv with the head terribly torn and mangled, the whole top of the hea l above the eyes being blown to fragments- A coroner's jury was at mice summoned, which brought in a verdict of accidental death. lie was a member of the A. 0.
