Jolly Joe also contributed his talentto the Queen City Four, the other members of which were FdLawrence. George Collins and William Riley.On May 8. Critic John F. Rolfe wrote, “The Queen City Four present Get A Car.’ It is an actcomposed of all laughs and a lot of comedy. The perpetrators are Joe Moran. Ed Lawrence. GeorgeCollins and William Riley, with Joe Moran dressed in epaulets. This bunch discovered Frank Tripp. Chief Ftnnell and Doc P.riekwedde in the audience as chaperons to Myles Kelly and th^v made last night an extra feature act with these popular fellow Elmirans as fall guys ”
