MILLER, Oct. 18—some of the corn picking was been completed here, and yields are estimated at from 25 to 50 bushels per acre. Haymaking is still in prec for some of the farmers, while others are busy putting up new buildings, such as corn cribs, gar ages, franeries and houses. Work on the house at Robert Kiv* win's is progressing and the house, at the former Frye farm is being remodeled. John Ruff is building, a new garage and a new well has been dug in one corner of the building with soft water, in tce, used later for a waterworks sys tem. A corn crib is being built at Wil Wade's.
