CLIO FINCHCleo Finch, daughter of Mr. nod Mrs. William Finch, waa born in Clarka Hill September 12,1908, and departed this life October 10, 1918, after a month's illness of typhoid fever, during which she was patieotly cared for by her mother and two older sisters. Besides her pareota she is survived by the fol lowing brothers and sisters: Mrs. Harry McCabe, of near Crane; Mrs. Aloozo Helm, of Lebanon; George, Harry, Douglas, Joseph, Florence and June at home. —In the Finch home Cleo was a treasure and consolation, for she did willingly all that she could to lighten the burdens of those around her. She was possessed of a bright and aunny disposition and endeared herself to all who knew her. In school Cleo waa a bright and willing worker. Always she worked diligently to perform whatever tasks were assigned to her and Bhe was a general favorite amoog the teachers aod her classmates. She had the promise of a bright future, due to her willioguess to work tor the better things of life.In her death the parents have lost a loving little daughter and the school has lost a bright aod loving pupil.The sympathy of the entire community gone out to the parents in their bereavement. May they hod comfort in remembering Christ’s own words, ' Suffer little children to come unto me for such is the Kingdom of Heaven The funeral services were conductedfrom the family residence Saturda)afternoon at 1 o’clock, Rev. W. C.Evera officiating loterment wae made in the Clark cemetery.
