King, taking this as a challenge, became very indignant. and said he would meet him at any place and at any time. King stepped from his door and fired two shots with his revolver into the body of Morris.The bullets not taking immediate ofVeet. King advanced and pounded Morris over the head with the revolver, breaking his head almost to a pulp. The bystanders pulled King off Morris as stmu as they could realize the situation, but Morris died before tlmy were separated.King is a livery man at Four Mile, married and has a family.Morris worked in the oil field and leaves a family.Prosecuting Attorney E. L. Robinson and Deputy Sheri if A. R.
